At TripBooking.ai, we strive to make your travel experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible. However, as we work with a wide range of independent travel agencies and third-party providers, cancellation and refund policies may vary based on the specific package and partner terms.

Please read the following carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking Confirmation Process

  • All bookings made through TripBooking.ai are treated as booking requests.
  • Once we receive your request, our team contacts the travel partner to verify availability, pricing, and package details.
  • A final confirmation, along with updated pricing (if any), will be shared with you before payment is requested.
  • Your booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is made and you receive an official confirmation email or message.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

  • If you decide to cancel your booking before payment, no charges apply.
  • If you cancel after payment but before confirmation from the travel partner, we will refund your full amount.
  • If you cancel after the booking has been confirmed, the cancellation policy of the respective travel partner will apply.
  • Some packages may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on the timing and services involved (e.g. flights, hotels, tours).

3. Cancellation by the Travel Partner

If a travel partner is unable to fulfill your booking due to unavailability or other issues, we will:

  • Offer an alternative package where possible, or
  • Provide a full refund of any payment made.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
  • Delays may occur depending on bank or payment processor timelines.

5. Important Notes

  • Prices shown on our website are indicative only and may vary due to real-time changes in flight and hotel availability.
  • TripBooking.ai is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service issues caused by third-party providers.
  • All service-related disputes (e.g., hotel quality, flight changes, tour issues) should be addressed directly with the travel partner after confirmation.
